DO YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING A USER ACCOUNT?
You can always place your order as a Guest on THESHADESOFBLACK.COM, without creating a User Account. When you are ready to check out, you will be forwarded to the Log In page. You just need to choose the option "Proceed as a Guest” and enter your email. After entering shipping address, billing address and payment method, you will be asked to confirm your order.
AFTER COMPLETING AN ORDER, THE ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHY?
We offer an exclusive range of designer products, which means that quantities for each item are very limited. Our website stock is constantly synchronized, but simultaneous orders of same items might occur and our stock information might be temporarily inaccurate.
CAN A SINGLE ORDER BE SHIPPED TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
THESHADESOFBLACK.COM can ship a single order only to one address. If you want to change your shipping address after placing your order, please ask for a change of address by contacting us at our email KASHISHSHARMA@REBARTER.COM. Please note that it is not possible to change address by switching to another country.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel your order before the dispatchment, you need to contact our Customer Care by sending an email to KASHISHSHARMA@REBARTER.COM, with the object line “ORDER CANCELLATION - ORDER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (…)”. If the order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait and then return it through your Personal Profile page.

IN CASE OF RETURNS, HOW DOES THE REFUND PROCESS WORK?

HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
As soon as Delivery Partner picks up the parcels at our warehouse, the client will receive an e-mail with the order’s tracking number. It will be possible to track delivery status at any time by inserting the tracking number on the courier website.

We ship to most countries. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information. Please note that, due to the severe importing restrictions, shipping to Russia might experience delays in deliveries.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
At the moment we do not deliver orders to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
THESHADESOFBLACK.COM accepts orders return within 10 days after delivery date. For more information please visit our Refund Policy page.
CAN MY RETURNED ITEM NOT BE ACCEPTED?
THESHADESOFBLACK.COM reserves the right to refuse returned products without our Authenticity Card and original labels. Before accepting products, we recommend to carefully try on items without removing any labels. If returned products do not meet the same standards stated by our quality control before shipment, they will not be accepted.
